Pat Heslin

Director

Mr. Heslin is a Director at Sofer Advisors, LLC, where he focuses on valuation and management consulting services for privately held and public companies. He has more than 12 years of experience advising companies across a broad range of industries, geographies, and growth stages.

Pat’s expertise includes domestic and international valuations for financial reporting, tax, and strategic planning purposes. He has extensive experience advising businesses across a wide range of sectors, including financial services and banking, emerging technologies, renewable energy, biotechnology, healthcare, construction, and consumer and industrial products. His clients have ranged in scale from family offices and early-stage companies to Fortune 500 enterprises.

Pat also advises executives on complex financial modeling and strategic analysis initiatives, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), M&A readiness and assessment, and finance function capability enhancement.

Pat earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University and a master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated magna cum laude. He previously served as a guest lecturer in corporate finance at the University of Illinois.
