The Sofer® House
Employees also have access to the Sofer House, a company bed & breakfast designed as a place to unplug, reset, and spend meaningful time with family or teammates outside of work.
Unlimited PTO With Required Time Off
Rest is treated as part of long-term performance, not something employees have to earn. Team members are encouraged to take time away, and everyone is required to take at least two weeks off each year.
