Essential Duties
- Conduct advanced financial analysis of client companies, including critical evaluation of financial statements, cash flow forecasting, profitability trends, and strategic positioning.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize complex market and company data from multiple sources to support robust valuation analyses.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models (e.g., discounted cash flow, market multiples, precedent transaction analysis) tailored to complex valuation scenarios.
- Lead comprehensive industry and market research to assess trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory impacts on valuations.
- Perform in depth benchmarking analyses using comparable company and transaction data to establish valuation ranges.
- Conduct and coordinate due diligence reviews, including legal, contractual, and financial materials, to identify valuation risks and opportunities.
- Analyze industry and competitive landscapes to evaluate market dynamics, competitive positioning, and trends affecting business value.
- Author detailed, professional valuation reports explaining methodologies, assumptions, and conclusions clearly for internal and external stakeholders.
- Present valuation findings and strategic recommendations to clients, senior management, and partners, ensuring clear communication of complex analyses.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues and partners to develop consistent methodologies, ensure quality control, and deliver best-in-class valuation engagements.
- Support business development and client relationship management by providing expert guidance, addressing complex client inquiries, and identifying value-add opportunities.
Work Location: Alpharetta, Georgia (primary worksite). The employer permits telecommuting from within the State of Georgia; however, the position is based at the listed worksite, and the employee is expected to report to this location as needed.
